our awesome intern, colleen, snagged this shot of bryan warming sarah up.  :)

we love trying new things. sarah + bryan were up for anything, so we tested this on them. came out pretty sweet, dontcha think?

sarah + bryan: thanks for spending the windy, rainy afternoon with us! we had tons of fun and can’t wait for the wedding! :)

i (allie) worked with megan at jim ellis, my first job after chris and i got married. we sat in a closet (literally), took photos of awesome (and not so awesome) cars, and laughed a lot. one thing i picked up right away… she KNEW cars.

i met joe at the same job. he worked across the street at porsche where we took photos. megan and i used to take breaks sometimes at his desk (from getting in and out of 110 degree cars) and talk. well, mostly i just listened because they would talk about their love of cars… i knew what was going on. :)

now megan and joe are doing exactly what they love. megan works for VW and joe for Audi. they’re getting married in september. we’re super excited we get to travel to colorado for the wedding, but even more excited that we snagged such an awesome couple to take photos of!

we started off at a few spots in little 5 points.

now i have the pleasure of introducing you to horace – joe’s 1956 beetle! they had their first date in horace. :)

when we took this photo, we knew we wanted to recreate an old vw ad. i think it came out perfectly. definitely my favorite of the day!

meet another senior rep!  alexis graduates from kell high school in may and has applied to 7 different colleges, so she’s not sure which one she’ll be attending yet!

we took alexis to our graffiti wall and then over to east atlanta for her session.  check out the interview below, as well as her album pages.

the*reason : what do you like to do when you’re not at school?

alexis : hang out with friends, show school spirit at football games, read, etc.

what’s a typical night out with your friends?

usually we go to blockbuster, return the movie we previously had out, rent another, then make a late night Kroger run + eat + watch movies all night!  :)

what type of music/band makes you dance?

i love country music!

what movie makes you happy?

recently, postgrad or the time traveler’s wife.  all time, the hangover or 10 things i hate about you.

what is the one tv show you can’t live without?

friday night lights!  i’ve recently gotten addicted.

what book could you read over and over?

any of jodi picoult’s books!

what food that your mom cooks will you miss most while at college?

my mom doesn’t cook… does take out or lean cuisine count?

any special plans or hopes for the future?

i hope to be successful in the medical field.

what is your favorite photo from the session, and why?

there are so many i love, but one of my favorites is definitely the arrow pointing to me.  i just love it!

great things come in sets of you.  what a fun couple to hang out with, and for being andy’s friend for awhile now…  i’m so happy for him.  anna is just the greatest!  oh… yeah…  we’re loitering in front of a thai restaurant.  we have no fear!  *electric guitar solo*
