we met stacey at danielle + josh’s killer wedding. actually, we couldn’t quit taking photos of her because she has such an infectious smile and laugh. once we saw her with dustin and found out they were engaged, i think chris whispered to me, “i want to shoot their wedding!” well, guess what? we get to! yay!
stacey let us know before we started that dustin didn’t really like being in front of the camera… “no worries,” i said, “we’ll make him laugh!” and we did. i mean, who wouldn’t laugh at this? :)
which leads me to what an amazing place they picked to have their shoot! it was absolutely beautiful. stacey + dustin love to camp and just be outdoors, so this was the perfect backdrop. here’s some actual photos of them now…

quick scenery and outfit change after a contest to see who could hit the dumpster with a rock. The results… Chris was close, but not quite. Stacey and I threw our rocks a total of 4 feet (girl power!). Dustin sinks it right in!

and one more stop at little river canyon… my old stomping grounds. many a day did i travel across the georgia-alabama border to dip in it’s icy waters. oh the memories. stacey + dustin make it look good!

stacey + dustin : you two truly rock our world. thanks for the drive to alabama and showing us around sand rock, it was great getting to know you. we can’t wait to capture your love again at the wedding! :)
